Click and Collect

Click and Collect is free and available at our Wolverhampton shop (and West Bromwich, when live). When your delivery postcode falls within the geographical region of one of our shops, Click & Collect appears as a delivery option at checkout.

Standard Click & Collect orders should be placed before 11pm the day before collection. To cancel a Click & Collect order after 11pm on the day before collection, ring the shop on 01902 421200.

Delivery and Shipping

UK-wide delivery from £4.50. We dispatch using Royal Mail as our primary courier, with UK Mail and DPD used for larger or specialist consignments. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day; orders placed after 2pm may be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery is priced at checkout according to the total weight of your order and your delivery address. We deliver to the registered delivery address provided at checkout.

*Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver 93% of parcels the next working day but cannot offer a guaranteed service. For a guaranteed next-day service by 1pm, please select Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm at checkout. Orders for guaranteed next-day delivery must be placed before 11am.

Perishable Items

Orders containing perishable items are dispatched Tuesday to Friday only. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Non-perishable orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

Signing for Your Order

Goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 or over, who will be deemed authorised to accept the order on your behalf.

If the courier confirms a delivery time with you and nobody is available at the agreed time, the goods may be returned to us. We may charge for any perishable goods lost and apply a return-to-sender delivery charge of £5.

If the courier attempts delivery and nobody is available, a notification will be left and a second attempt will be made. In this case we cannot guarantee the quality of perishable goods in your order.

Whilst we aim to meet the stated delivery schedule, we accept no liability where delivery is delayed by circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery

International deliveries are not currently accepted. Any order placed with a non-UK delivery address will not be dispatched and will not be charged.

Returns

If you have changed your mind about an order, you are free to decline any product for any reason. Cancellation must be made before the order is dispatched, and responsibility for notifying us of the cancellation rests with you.

Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Returns may be made by post or in person at any Home From Home shop, at your expense, with your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Perishable items cannot be returned due to their shorter shelf life.

We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged after delivery to a UK address.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of our receiving the returned goods. Delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order is returned (excluding orders containing perishable items) within 30 days. Where returned items were part of a promotional offer or vouchers were applied, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

All products should be inspected on delivery. Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. If damage is visible on delivery, this should be noted on the delivery note when signing.

If we are not notified within 48 hours, the order will be deemed received in full and in good condition.

For damaged or incorrect orders, once notified we will arrange collection of the goods and, after examination, issue a refund or replacement. Refunds are made to the original payment method used.
